Who sent me a friend request? How to see them

To see who sent you a friend request on Langmate, open the app and go to the “Match” (or Messages) tab, then tap on the “Received Requests” section. Here you can view the profiles of users who want to connect with you.

How to check and accept your Friend Requests

The Who sent me a Friend Request feature lets you see the list of the users who sent you a friend request, so you can easily decide to Match or Pass.
Only PREMIUM and PLUS+ can have access to the profiles of the users.

Friend Requests list

When you receive a Friend Request from someone, you will see this user avatar on the Friend Requests list

• go on the Messages section
• Friend Requests tab
• Friend Requests Likes horizontal list.

Note: Depending on your current plan, you may need to upgrade to Langmate Premium or PLUS+ the profiles of users who sent you a request.

You can check the full profile of the user by simply tapping on the profile picture.
If you tap the icon or swipe right, the two of you will Match!
A popup will appear giving you the choice to send a message now or continue to swipe.

💡 Tip: What to do next?

When you check a request, you can either “Accept” to start chatting immediately or “Skip” if you don’t think it’s a good match. Skipped requests are kept private, so the other person won’t be notified!

How to subscribe to PREMIUM or PLUS+

To subscribe to a PREMIUM or PLUS+, open the Langmate app

• go on the My Page section
• tap the My Status icon or go on Settings > My Status and tap the popup button
• select your plan and follow the steps on screen
