If your Langmate app is crashing or freezing, please follow these troubleshooting steps to fix the issue:

1. Update the app: Get the latest version of Langmate from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Restart the app: Force quit the Langmate app and re-open it.
3. Restart your device: Turn your phone off and on again.
4. Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
5. Reinstall the app: If the issue persists, delete the app, reinstall it, and log back into your account.

⚠️ Important Note before reinstalling: Deleting the app will also delete all your chat history. It will not delete your friends list, matches, Smiles, or account status. Please make sure to [back up your message history] before deleting the app.
